Helping persons with TBI put their lives back together since 1983.

BCF Services

WheelchairOur TBI Case Coordination service is one-on-one, and assists the TBI survivor in locating medical care, residential services, legal services, substance abuse treatment, education and benefits assistance. Additionally, the Case Coordinator assists in arranging needed tests, community referrals, and transportation needs. We provide a needs-assessment, identify problems and design appropriate interventions to address any problems.

The Information and Referral Service helps TBI survivors and their families locate the best possible resources for TBI that is available in each community.

We offer Vocational Supportive Services which will help TBI survivors function effectively on the job. This may include supported employment, job placement, job coaching and counseling.

We also provide Supported Living Services which use a variety of approaches to improve a TBI survivor’s independence in their living situation. Someone may need to move to an assisted living facility or receive help in finding low-cost housing, and we can help with this.

Eligibility for Our Services
